Join David Augustyniak the owner/operator at The Art Farm and U.N.I. Fungi as he explores the basic and simple skills he uses when cooking with mushrooms.
He will demonstrate several of his favorite ways to cook three of the most common gourmet mushrooms king oysters, oyster mushroom family, and lions mane. Join us for an evening of information, fun, and bellies full of fresh from the farm food.
Besides several samples of prepared dishes, we will have reishi and chaga tea. And probably a large crockpot of mushroom soup.

I will share some of my secrets in my experience of cooking mushrooms. The basic dos and do t how to store mushrooms, how I dry mushrooms.
This event will be limited ticket sales of thirty so if you want to join in the fun don’t wait get your tickets before they sell out.

The whole meal will be Gluten Free and Vegan.
